Taiwanese singer Jay Chou is famed for keeping tight-lipped when it comes to his love life and has never answered to any described rumours. However, Jay issued the media a challenge by saying "we will talk when you managed to photograph us"when it came to his rumoured girlfriend Hannah Quinlivan. This brought on a new wave of speculations that the singer might have the intention of exposing their human relationship. Today marked Hannah's eighteenth birthday and it is rumoured that Jay is presently on holiday with the young model to celebrate her coming of age. Hannah's management agency answered to the rumour, saying that the model is presently visiting her father, who lives in Australia. On August 6, Hannah updated her microblog, claiming that she had already celebrated her birthday with her father and shared a photo of her birthday cake with a caption, "At the end of the day, my dad it's (sic) the guy who made me cry." Coincidentally, Jay's last public appearance was on August 7, when the singer met Korean actress Kim Tae-Hee at his restaurant. Since then, the singer's whereabouts have been left unknown. Jay's "disappearance" from the limelight caused the media to speculate that Hannah might have left Australia after celebrating her birthday with her father, to meet up with Jay for a holiday. Responding to the rumour, Jay's company expressed, "We don't respond on questions regarding our artistes' personal schedules. They also revealed that Jay's next world performance would be his concert in Shenyang, China on August 27. According to an insider, Hannah is presently taking on fewer jobs and is putting her focus on Jay.
