Authorities reached an IHOP Restaurant near I-44 and 193rd east Avenue roughly midnight and found a man with a gunshot injure to the arm in the parking lot, police say. Jacob Virgil Gable, twenty-two, and Parker Well Finley, 18, face one count of felony looting, shooting with intent to kill, misdemeanor assault and obstructing police officers, agreeing to jail records. The victim was transported to a local hospital and is expected to make a complete recovery, police force says.
